Chirp Chirp

That's the sound of no one here at the blog lately. I have been so incredibly busy this past two months, I've been lucky to get a little sleep each night, much less blog about it! Anyway, there is a serious light at the end of the tunnel now because I am finished with my Real Estate class (yay! 12 hours back in my week!) and only have one more test to take, so the worst is over. Also, the home renovations have slowed way down (thank goodness) and the only things left to do (for now) are little jobs like touching up paint, organizing the laundry room, unpacking some left over boxes, etc. Daniel started orientation this week, so even though he's gone now during the day, we at least are back to a 'normal' schedule.

Waaaaay back at the beginning of June (seems like forever ago now!) we met up with some dear friends from Bowling Green at a cabin in Blowing Rock. It was a short weekend, but packed with good times and wonderful memories! Here are some pics of the highlights:
