Picnic in the Park- This time with the whole Fam!

The weather was absolutely gorgeous yesterday, so last night for dinner, we headed back to the Public Gardens for a picnic. Since Daniel was able to come this time, that meant that Rosie Posie could join us (managing Ellie is hard enough on the subway, I just simply can't do Ellie and Rosie together, so poor Rosie's inclusion on activities is contingent upon Daniel's availability to join us!)

We got everything packed up and headed to the Zoom. Ellie thought it was hilarious that Rosie was joining us.. she kept pointing at her and laughing as Rosie was frantically sniffing everything in sight.

We stopped in Beacon Hill to pick up a "slice and a salad" from a really yummy pizza joint, and then continued on to the park.

Ellie enjoyed hunting for rocks...
... while Rosie tried her hardest to take a swim in the lagoon...
... there was a duck swimming casually near-by, I'm not sure what she wanted more: a dip in the lagoon or Duck-a-la-King for dinner!
By the time we were on our way home, Rosie had gotten much more comfortable on the subway... she'll be a city-dog yet!
Now that we have replenished some of Ellie's bow collection, she's become addicted to them! She insisted on a "bow-bow" with her jammies before bedtime!
