Time for a little catch up on the ole blog now that all the Christmas hustle and bustle is over. Though you wouldn't be able to tell from the blog, we did actually celebrate my second child's birthday! First, we had a small kid-celebration at playgroup (of which I have no actual photos), then a week or so later, we had a 'family party' (with no actual family members, but a bunch of close friends from church who feel like family anyway :)). Campbell requested "Cookie Monstah", so I obliged. Here is the photographic evidence:

Grangran and Papa gave Campbell a stroller for her baby dolls (which she LOVES and plays with everyday!) Here's a video taken when she saw it for the first time:

Rather than a cake, we had a cookie bar and some Cookie Monster cupcakes... it was actually really easy and who doesn't like cookies and milk?!

Predictably, the kids stuck to the messiest of desserts: the cupcakes which probably contained more blue food coloring than any other ingredient. Oh well, they had fun eating them :)
